Monitor, allocate and deliver requests coming into HR Dept in order to ensure the delivery of HR services to the business
Motivate, mentor and coach HR team members to ensure the team develop and grow in terms of process knowledge, HR knowledge, confidence and best practice approach
Coordinate the payroll process and supervise the completion of the personnel files
Keep up to date on HR policies and procedures with relevant legislative changes in order to be able to lead cases at the upper end of our portofolio of services
Contribute to the creation of solutions to improve and standardize the HR operations
Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree in management or law or psychology
* Minimum 3-4 years experience as HR Coordinator / Manager
* Having strong knowledge of labor law and its implementation
* Have the ability to maintain and apply strategic planning for the human resources operation
* Strong knowledge in company’s regulation
* Have strong knowledge & experience in HR policy & procedures, personnel matters & employee relation, payroll & training
* Good leadership, excellent communication, conceptual thinking and negotiation
* Proficient in written and spoken English as well as computer literate
* Ability to solve industrial / technical disputes
* HR or payroll inspector certificate
