* The candidates need to be available to spend a period of 8 months with the possibility to be extended within SGEBS.
* No regular mobility would be required.

* Advanced level in different HR areas represents a plus: : recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, evaluation, motivation and retention etc
* Teamwork abilities and the capability of contribution through personal efforts for obtaining team’s objectives;
* Ability to analyse complex situations, to understand the work environment, to understand the source of possible problems and to offer comprising and value added reports and to the management team and to the direct Manager;
* Ability to identify and to soften the risks of his area of responsibility;
* Good communication abilities;
* Excellent abilities to present and understand the business specific language;
Excellent abilities to find solutions to problems and to take operational decisions, as per responsibilities defined;
French: advanced(B2-C1)
* Key replacement for senior team member ;
* Is ensuring production operations on Workforce Admin/low profiles Recruitment/Training on several Swiss entities and if case, Contact Center activities – as back up;
* Contributes to the possible projects regarding process enhancement;
Accountable of the quality of deliveries (daily day-to-day processes, closing processes, regulatory reports, consolidation reports, payroll activities, sourcing activities, screening of CVs, training registrations for employees, registration of data in files/applications etc);
