Responsible to develop and establish the strategy of HR Development in UCT
Analyze and establish the policies, procedures, processes and practices related to Development
Manage all business processes related to HR Development
Offers support / advise to management and talents in situations involving Management Development and organizational related issues
Counsel and coach talents and management in all HR Development or management related situations
Responsible for the development and implementation of a full set of assessment tolls to be used in Performance Management
Organization and coordination of specific HR Development programs under HR responsibility
Responsible for maintaining business relations with external providers in relation with HR Development
Responsible for identification of key-positions, key-staff and talents together with management
Advise management on career development of talents for the best decision for both employees and organization
Advise talents on career development to identify the most suitable solution that will optimally meet their individual profile and goals as well as organizational needs
Coordinates the internal projects/new assignments programs for talents
Develop and implement a career development process
Implement and coordinate the succession planning in the organization
Responsible to create and implement the Performance Management process, policy and procedure
Develop and implement the Performance Appraisal System, evaluation systems and processes in the organization.
University degree preferably in Social Sciences
Min. 5 years experience in the HR field
Min. 3 years experience in a Development and managerial function
PC skills-MS Office
Very good English skills, both verbal and written
Very good knowledge of the Romanian Labor Law
Communication skills (both oral and written communication, active listening), strong planning and organizational abilities, problem solving attitude, proactive, counseling abilities, results-oriented, project management skills, decision making, problem solving
- Maturity, high level of responsibility, very good interpersonal skills, adaptability, open personality, initiative, integrity .
