On behalf of our client, leader retailer on the pre-paid card market, we are looking for a HR Generalist, This is a 1 year determined period contract.
Responsibilities:
* Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications;
* Organize and deliver internal trainings/ team buildings;
* Delivers the induction presentation to new employees;
* Maintains the job description database and OC data base;
* Supports communication activities and recognition programs;
* Maintains employee personnel records, both hard copy file and database files;
* Preparation of certificates requested by employees;
* Administrates the Intranet and make sure the info presented are accurate;
* Answers employees requests; fosters positive relationships and keeps open all communication channels;
* Is always up to date with the HR legislation;
* Create pro-active and responsive HR solutions to business needs.
* University degree (psychology or human resources);
* Over 2 years HR experience in recruiting and/or training;
* Interviewing skills;
* Presentation and facilitation skills;
* Analytical and creative problem solving skills, questioning and feedback skills;
* Customer service orientation and commitment to quality;
* Proving responsibility, high work standards and initiative;
* Project and time management skills;
* Pro-active personality;
* Excellent verbal/written communication skills;
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
