Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications;
Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; prepares and maintains documentation of policies and standard operating procedures.
Organize and deliver internal trainings;
Research on training programs (external providers);
Maintains the job description database and OC data base;
Provides for day-to day employee relations, maintaining positive relationships and an open communication;
Supports communication activities and recognition programs;
Maintains employee personnel records, both hard copy file and database files;
Preparation of certificates requested by employees (for bank loans, medical leaves, etc.)
Create pro-active and responsive HR solutions to business needs.
University degree (psychology or human resources);
Over 3 years HR experience in recruiting and/or training;
Interviewing skills;
Presentation and facilitation skills;
Analytical and creative problem solving skills, questioning and feedback skills;
Customer service orientation and commitment to quality;
Proving responsibility, high work standards and initiative;
Project and time management skills;
Pro-active personality;
Excellent verbal/written communication skills;
Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
