Performance Management and Professional Development
o Assist with the coordination of Human Resources processes (e.g. annual and midyear promotions, annual performance management, compensation and salary administration) according to geographic/entity guidelines.
o Help maintaining individual career plans of all assigned personnel
o Assist with technical questions in on-going performance feedback processes.
Employee Relations and Employee Transitions
o Help with the integration of new joiners.
o Assist the termination process by organizing discussions, gathering appropriate documentation, coordinating exit interviews, and summarizing any resulting issues.
o Support the resolution of personnel issues.
o Update all personnel changes from initial request through approval and implementation (location transfers, entity transfers, workforce transfers, other personnel transactions) in the systems.
General HR
o Update applicable Human Resources systems and maintain data, as required.
o Keep records and update management on a variety of matters including absence, poor performance, terminations, disciplinary and grievance matters, and flexible working arrangements.
o Help with the implementation of people programs and initiatives.
o Maintain attrition/retention statistics as well as headcount and exit data.
University Degree
o At least 1 year experience in a multinational company
o 1-3 years work experience in the HR field
o Analytical skills and data analysis experience
o Fluent English
o Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
o Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
o Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
o Good customer service skills
o Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
