Responsabilities:
* Works closely with managers across the company in order to determine the recruitment needs. Analyzes workforce planning and staffing needs within assigned operational areas.
* Coordinates recruitment and selection projects for managerial and non-managerial positions;
* Develops and maintains relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
* Coordinates the process of performance planning and evaluation, provides support to management in order to ensure fairness and equity;
* Coordinates the implementation of the HR strategies, polices, procedures, guidelines and best practices;
* Supports HR managers, Line managers and employees with regards to HR admin activities
* Participates as a PM/team member in other Organizational Development Projects.
Requirements:
* University graduate;
* At least 2 year of experience in HR, exposed to recruitment and selection processes, HR Admin as well as to organizational development projects;
* Communication skills, both verbal and written;
* Excellent English command (reading, speaking, written).
* A real and proven team-player;
* A very organized person.
