RESPONSABILITATI

The Recruiter will form part of a team responsible for sourcing candidates for roles in designated functional areas and geographies, using direct and indirect methodology and tools. The Recruiter will support regional and divisional hiring needs working closely with both the HRMs/HRBPs and Line/Hiring Managers at an international level.

Responsibilities:
• Managing recruitment processes in line with the established objectives and deadlines;
• Collects recruitment requests;
• Creates the ideal candidate profile along with the Hiring Manager;
• Collaborate with the HR Manager/HRBP in sourcing and exploring various job portals and databases;
• Prepares and places external job advertisements;
• CV screening;
• Interviews scheduling;
• Participating in interviews;
• Keeping in touch with the candidates: feedbacks and follow-up's;
• Updating weekly and monthly reports;
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate data on recruitment database;
• Head hunting the candidates and making discovery calls;
• Prepare presentations and other official and unofficial documentation and communication as requested;
• Carry out reference checks for selected candidates.


CERINTE

• Educational & Proficiency level: Ideally 3 years or more experience in an International Recruiter position (IT recruitment experience would be a plus);
• Knowledge of legal aspects of the recruitment & hiring process;
• Good communication skills, influencing and consulting skills, planning and organizing skills, commitment to quality, ability to multitask, and be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the role;
• Technical knowledge: Good knowledge of MS Office environment: especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook and good internet skills being an asset;
• Language: Excellent command of English. French language skills will be a plus;
• Team-player with high ethical standards.
