- experience in recruitment processes
- experience in customer acquisition process
- experience in developing an employee-oriented organization culture that emphasizes continuous improvement, team-work, high performance and quality
- operational experience, preferably in PR / marketing functions, besides general HR experience, in a fast-changing working environment
- open and positive approach to challenging tasks
- team-working spirit
- presentation skills
- good interpersonal skills
- fluent in English - both in speaking and writing
- knowledge of employee & labour relations on local market
- representing the company in relations with HRM institutions
- local responsible for Corporate Image and PR activities
- coordinate agency work
