The HR MANAGER will act as Hr partner by providing front line advisory service to staff and managers with all aspects regarding Human Resources as well as finding management solutions to solve HR-related problems in everyday business.
Also, (s)he will focus on handling daily recruitment activities such as: job advertising, direct search, matching candidates to job requirements, reviewing resumes, conducting job interviews and reference checks. In this area, HR Manager Coordinates interviews and informs Bisness Manager about recruitment calendar, creates and maintains Recruitment data base.
Other responsibilities involve: new hire orientation and employee induction processes, as well as helping to promote the company benefits and job opportunities.
The person will also handle periodic employee evaluation processes, satisfaction surveys and will be involved in employee retention strategies, initiates and updates Job Descriptions / Employee Handbook / other internal documents according to business input.
O top of these, HR Manager will ensure that the company identify and values are promoted through all HR policies and processes
- bachelor Degree in Psychology/Sociology/HR Filed;
- at least 5 years' experience in a similar position;
- good knowledge of Romanian Labour Legislation;
- recruiting experience for jobs in Customer Care field is a plus;
- knowledgeable in Head Hunting strategies;
- superior problem solving abilities, well organized and flexible person; excellent team player, goal oriented person with great ability to work under pressure;
- excellent communication skills ( including social media), strong problem solving and conflict management abilities, organized person, oriented towards results;
- Proficient in English ( oral and written communication);
- excellent Internet and Microsoft Office skills
