Prepare and update all the personnel documents: labour contract and all the addendums related to it; Build the HR procedures related to personnel documents.
• Act as interface with all the subcontractors that influence in any way the legal activity related to personnel administration;
• Responsible with recruiting activity (hand-on for jobs advertising and candidates selection);
• Build together with Management the company structure based on company strategy for the next years.
• Maintain a good relation with Authorities relate to all legal requirements connected to labour legislation.
• Prepare all the documents requested by employees and other 3rd party related to employees activity.
• Responsible with a pro-active support given to all employees and managers regarding HR activity, propose solution for business improvement.
• Prepare KPI connected to HR activities (plan, follow-up) and suggest solution for activity improvement; propose new KPI.
• Prepare reports related to HR activity as per management request.
• Identify solution for cost optimization; involved in planning the future organization strategy.
• University graduate;
• Experience in management of minimum 1 year and in HR activity of minimum 2 years;
• English - fluent
• Abilities to plan and organize department activity.
• Computer literate: Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point.
• Previous experience in payroll and using HR/Payroll programs will be considered a plus.
