Provide consultation to other members of management and employees in relation to HR practices and policies, and establish and maintain the function of the HR team in context of legal implications and commercial enhancement.
Develop and maintain effective employee relations and performance review programs, assuring appropriate handling of employee issues and concerns.
Establish and maintain strong communication channels with colleagues and internal clients, ensure the same inter-department.
Ensure the HR Manager is made aware of any issues or pending problems that indirectly or directly affects the decisions and the role.
Identify training and development needs across the business, prioritizing those related to business requirements. Understand technical and soft-skills requirements and assess if and how they can be handled.
Ensure comprehensive investigation and sourcing of Third Party Suppliers (ie training companies). Formally review performance of suppliers and implement a preferred supplier status.
Ensure compliance with affirmative action, equal employment opportunity and other legal obligations.
Understand the business of the client, to conduct as pro-actively as possible.
Good knowledge in Ronamia law, to support all HR issues.
Ensure recruitment interviews for a population mainly of engineers.
A background of experience within an international company would be preferable.
Five years of related experience. English fluent.
Ability to work in a commercial manner and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
Generalist experience is essential and/or specialist knowledge of training and development.
In depth knowledge of HR disciplines and knowledge of employment law are required.
Bachelor degree in Business or Human Resources.
