Our client, a reputable organization in the health-care industry, is seeking the employment of a Human Resources Manager for an immediate start.
In this role, you will be in collaboration with the team leaders and develop, implement and maintain solutions that impact both the success of the business and the professional growth of the individual employees.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that the organization has the necessary capability to achieve its business objectives, a strong framework for aligning the culture within the business, develop and retain talent.


CERINTE

Further requirements for the role are outlined as:
• Strategic HR planning - Assessment of organizational capability (e.g. multi-rater / 360 assessments, assessment / development centers, psychometrics, succession management methodologies including management of talent pools and retention strategies)
• Comprehensive knowledge of factors affecting organizational effectiveness and strategies for organizational change and development
• Experience in design of training and development programs, particularly management / professional development
• Excellent presentation and group facilitation skills
• Thorough knowledge of factors impacting human performance in organizations and performance management practices and systems
• Excellent project management skills
• Skill in identifying performance improvement and skill development needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Knowledge of the range of development strategies and solutions - blended, training programs, mentoring, e-learning, on-the-job development, delivering development solutions through both internal and outsourced approaches

To be considered for this role it is essential that you possess/display:
• Work autonomously
• Consultancy skills working with internal relationships
• Focus on detail and quality output often to strict deadlines
• An interest in self-development
• Adaptability and openness to change
• Genuine passion for, and dedication to help others to learn and develop 10 years+ experience
• Demonstrated People Management experience
• A successful track record of working in Learning & Development, Organization Development and Human Resources function in both a strategic and tactical role.
