HR Tasks
•Deliver Induction presentations to new colleagues
•Assist employees with various enrollments
•Cards administration
•Manage departmental orders: placing orders, updating the trainings stock, looking for providers
•Manage "Thank you programme"(order gifts, handing gifts)
•Update Communication pinboards with newsletters, info, recruitment flyers
Marketing Tasks
•Internal communication materials (Pictures, prints,promotional materials)
•Events organization support
Admin Tasks
•Work protection (training setup, logistics, manage the signing of work protection books)
•Manage the files undergoing approval signatures
•Handing Meal vouchers
•Access cards administration
