HR Operations Manager for a HR SSC based in Bucharest
Responsibilities :
- The HR Data Operations Manager is responsible for leading a team of HR Data Specialists who are accountable for delivering high quality master data creation and amendment for HR Data to deliver HR processes and operations in a reliable and repeatable way.
- The HR Data Operations Manager will ensure the HR Data Specialist resource is deployed on the correct tasks and projects to deliver in a timely and accurate manner.
- The HR Data Operations Manager will coach and develop the capability of the HR Data Specialists to meet Local Country requirements.
Requirements :
- Relevant experience in an equivalent leadership position (Team-Leader / Responsible)
- 2-3 years in SSC / BPO / Call center environment (preferable in HR services area)
- Team worker, fair, open and effective collaboration style with others to achieve common goals
- Service orientation, awareness and compliance with quality standards
