HR RECRUITER – 1 year contract

Responsibilities:

- Perform full recruitment processes: recruitment announcement, Cv screening, face-to-face interview, recruitment delivery, recruitment reports;
- Informs candidates of all aspects of job, including job requirements, compensation and benefits. Extends job offers, initiates background checks were required;
- Assists employees during hiring process/cessation of Individual Labor Contracts;
- Identify new and innovative sourcing methods;
- Maintains information system data files and directories; gathers or traces information contained in file or records systems.


CERINTE

Profile:
- University degree in a relevant discipline (Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources etc.);
- Min 1 year of proven experience in human resources;
- Knowledge of interview techniques, recruitment & selection, HR consulting tools and methodologies;
- Knowledge and understanding of a broad range of human resources administrative policies and procedures as applicable;
- Qualification in employment contract and labor law is an advantage;
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities;
- Possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate essential concepts to people of all levels;
- Experience in working with management team;
- A proactive and flexible person;
- Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure;
- Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person;
- Fluency in English;
- Computer skills.
