• Participation in preparing employer branding strategy and plan

Purpose of the job: Implementation of external and internal HR communication programmes (corporate communication, recruitment, staff events)
Recruitment (execution of recruitment and selection processes)
Administrative support to other activities within HR function
Required qualifications: University degree (preferably in Corporate Communication, Human Resources, Marketing, Economics or Psychology)
Required experience: Minimum 5 years experience in the area of recruitment (HR) and corporate communication
Required skills: Very good communication skills
Very good IT skills
Excellent writing skills
Practical knowledge of employer branding and/or recruitment process
Creativity and flexibility
Very good English skills
