to join one of the biggest worldwide Oil & Gas Company
Job profile
Responsible for a variety of Human Resources activities within EAF Procurement Hub, which include but not limited to:
Payroll:
Responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time by carrying out the required processes and procedures which include Load Chart reporting and close coordination with the payroll provider. This includes the payroll support for the newly acquired companies.
Personnel Administration:
Responsible for the administration of all Personnel/HR transactions. This may include Personnel Change Notification, HR data reporting and maintenance in SAP and others as directed by the HR Manager.
Employee Benefits:
Responsible for the administration and processing of employee benefits plans, providing information to enrolled participants regarding their benefit plans. Plans may include State sponsored benefit plans, insured benefits or Company sponsored benefit plans, covering both current and deferred plans.
Immigration & Relocation support:
Responsible for the immigration compliance for the foreign employees working in the Procurement Hub and for their families.
Responsible for supporting the smooth transitions in and out of the location, including arrival, welcoming, settling in, as well as support on a subsequent transfer out.
Employees support
Responsible for providing support to employees and managers on different HR topics including, but not limited to career development, performance appraisals, compensation and promotions. The person will act as the first line of contact for management/employee queries.
University Degree
2-3 years' Personnel or HR experience
English (advanced level), French is considered a plus
