The Researcher should offer support in implementing the recruitment projects and work very close with the Recruitment Consultant (mainly IT and technical).
Responsibilities:
- Identifying candidates using different tools;
- Identifying multiple data collection methods;
- Analyze, evaluate and centralize the CVs in the data base;
- Screen the applications and select the candidates corresponding to the job description;
- Participate in creating the official documents for clients and candidates;
- Give feedback to candidates;
- Make reports regarding recruitment process.
Requirements:
- University Degree or students in their last year;
- Experience on a similar position preferably for minimum 6 month;
- Experience in IT and/or technical projects – an advantage;
- Very good command of English both written and verbal;
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), outstanding database and Internet searching skills;
- Solution finder with a can do attitude;
- Positive, communicative and reliable;
- Optimistic, sense of humor, can handle rejection, self confident;
- High level of emotional intelligence; spontaneity and flexibility.
