• Co-ordinate and deliver work activities and ensure completeness in a timely and accurate manner;
• Perform transactional activities of a more complex nature, act as a SME for specific specialist activities and deliver operational excellence;
• Deliver and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings by processing transactions accurately and meeting agreed service levels for process specific area;
• Identify risks associated with execution of the assigned tasks within the business process and escalate / mitigate / resolve as required;
• Manage a team up to 5-10 people for simple co-located processes: payroll data admin, HR talent and HR services;
• Assist in training others, cross training and/or developing process knowledge ;
• Act as a buddy to new team members and help to onboard / bring up to speed / support as required;
• Work closely with the process owner and team lead to understand root causes and represent process procedures, practicalities and exceptions;
• Implement the initiatives launched to address customer feedback and to improve customer satisfaction.
• Client Facing Communication Skills;
• Good Computer Proficiency: experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT) including advanced MS Excel Skills;
• Analytical thinking, Attention to details, Conflicts management, Multitasking, Time management and
• People management skills;
• Ability to learn new applications/software systems effectively and efficiently;
• Bachelor degree;
• Proficiency in Italian and English;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR / Payroll Data processing.

• Experience as an Workday application user or any others Payroll Systems;
• Experience with multiple stakeholders across different countries;
• HR BPO Experience;
