The position
The Application Consultant is responsible for the specification and implementation of the HR applications and systems and contributes in HR projects that have an IT component.
As Application Consultant you are the "linking pin" between IT and HR. You are working in a multi-disciplinary and dynamic IT team Business Support and you will work intensively with the HR team. It's your responsibility to support them in diversified HR projects, like the implementation of Workday.
Are you the one that is going to help us in this exciting role, where you take care of the right implementation, configuration and development of our HR applications
Some of your responsibilities:
Translating HR business requirements and HR business concepts into functional user stories
Responsible for specifications and implementations of changes in our HR applications
Configuring and implementing Workday solutions
Integrating HR applications with other applications (IT, Finance, etc.)
Managing assigned projects
Keeping up new developments, manuals and releases
Expectations:
Ideally, you have the following characteristics:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources or Business Administration.
You are experienced with working in an IT department, understand integration technologies and have affinity with application development.
You have proven experience working with technologies as XSLT and a reporting engine of choice.
At least 5 years’ experience with HCM software implementations (and preferably with Workday) in an international environment.
Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of, and interest in latest HR technologies.
