Responsabilities
- Preparation of employment forms (individual labor contract, personal data sheet, etc);
- Excel database for personnel administration and payroll
- Check the personal medical record file issued by the occupational physician, the distribution of unemployment and all other acts which must exist in employees files;
- Preparation of termination of the individual forms of work (decision, notice of liquidation forms);
- Preparing the monthly table sheets for client companies;
- Manages the database of employees operating at the correct time entries and exits;
- Archive of personal documents;
-Knowledge of labor legislation on labor;
-Verbal and written communication skills, reporting, collecting and processing data and information;
-Experience in using a payroll software;
-Person proactive, resistance to stress;
-University degree;
-Diploma of specialty - human resources inspector;
- Recruitment skills
-Experience in a similar position: min. 2 years;
-Knowledge of payroll principles;
-Knowledge of legal / labor laws, wages;
-English (reading, writing, speaking) – advanced;
-Operating PC (MS Office, Excel and Access only);
- Navision will be a plus
-Initiative, spontaneity, practicality;
