RESPONSABILITATI

Main tasks:
• Maintains and updates employee records, so that information is constantly accurate and secure
• Ensures that the organization’s payroll is processed accurately and on time by the external provider (payments, benefits, taxes and payroll deductions; calculating overtime, shift payments, sales commissions and bonuses)
• Completes and checks processes HR-related forms and documents in accordance with established guidelines, so that HR-related matters are administered quickly and accurately
• Analyzes data and prepares reports for management, to meet legal obligations, or for external agencies
• Responds to enquiries from employees, managers and external about individual and organization-wide human resource information, without compromising the organization’s standards of privacy and confidentiality
• Participates in3 the client organizations’ compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development and employee relations programs
• Develops and administers programs and activities covering multiple HR activities


CERINTE

• Bachelor degree, ideally specialized in HR or Psychology
• Strong inclination towards working with people and relevant experience within an HR department
• Experience with HR administration and payroll
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong numerical skills
• Pro-active
• Customer focus
• English level – advanced
• Strong MS Office expertise
