- Demonstrates excellent client care skills;
- Applies attention to detail, delivers high quality outputs;
- Prioritizes tasks and workload;
- Develops improvements to process and local work instructions as instructed;
- Delivers an excellent client service ;
- Assists less experienced staff ;
- Complies with all client and Accenture Data Security and Quality requirements.

• Candidates management
• First contact with Accenture Client candidates
• Phone interviews
• Trend frequent escalation types and share suggestions/results with peer group.
• Support and work with Quality Associate to Identify strengths/areas of improvement to team members/Supervisors.
• Identify training needs for team and individuals through monitoring, escalations and desk reviews.
• Assist in handling customer calls when calls are in queue.


CERINTE

• Bachelor degree
• 0-2 years work experience in Customer Suport and HR field
• Fluency in English and German
• Good client handling skills
• Team player
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
• Self motivated, positive attitude and approach
