• Operating on Contact Center activities/ Workforce Admin/low profiles & interns
• Recruitment/Training on several Swiss entities;
• Contributes to the possible projects regarding process enhancement;
• Accountable of the quality of deliverables (daily day-to-day processes, registration of absences, updating data bases, regulatory reports, consolidation reports, screening of CVs, training registrations for employees, registration of data in files/applications etc);
Tests:
• language tests (FR + EN – written and spoken);
• excel;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR admin activity;
• Payroll knowledge could be an advantage;
• Preferably good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Mandatory languages: French, English;
• An experience within a multinational company or in a BPO would be appreciated

• The candidates needs to be available ASAP to join SGEBS.
• Results oriented, proactive approach on RH subjects from his/her area of responsibility;
• Advanced level of interaction and communication;
• Advanced level in different RH areas represents a plus: : recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, evaluation, motivation and retention etc
• Teamwork abilities and the capability of contribution through personal efforts for obtaining team’s objectives;
• Ability to analyze complex situations, to understand the work environment, to understand the source of possible problems and to offer comprising and value added reports and to the management team and to the direct Manager;
• Ability to identify and to soften the risks of his area of responsibility;
• Good communication abilities: written and spoken, both FR and EN;
• Excellent abilities to present and understand the business specific language;
• Excellent abilities to find solutions to problems and to take operational decisions, as per responsibilities defined.
