Responsabilities:
-Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan ensuring the deadlines are met;
-Supervising and directing activities as required ensuring successful project implementation;
-Proactively managing customer relationships on an ongoing basis up to the time of the migration of activities to the Global HR Shared Services Structure and during the period of stabilisation period;
-Actively involvment in promoting the HR shared service model in relation to the relevant activities as defined as being in scope according to global processes;
-Consults and provides advice, facilitates discussion and resolves conflict; establishes trust; builds and uses cross-functional relationships to accomplish project objectives;
-Communicates effectively the project status, issues and successes to project team, stakeholders, sponsors and all levels of management as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High knowledge on Human Resource field and SAP or similar HCM systems;
- Demonstrated experience in project management and shared services area;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with senior and other levels of staff in all departments within the Group and externally;
- Results-oriented with ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered;
- Excellent management, coaching, influencing and motivational skills are essential in order to work effectively with the migrations team, other departments and the customers;
- Analytical thinker with creative problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- English at advanced level
