Human Resources Administrative Specialist

RESPONSABILITATI

Organize and prepare disciplinary action and work related paper
Creates, implements and prepares reports that provide precise measurements of the human resources indicators
Periodically creates and distributes reports related to human resources indicators internally (HR or other company functions) and externally (WNS Group)
Participates in projects of developing the reporting module of HR applications (configures, tests and implements new reports or adapt the existing ones to new business needs)
Participates in different HR projects for analyzing HR indicators or for providing necessary data to the project team
Point of contact for Medical Services provider and Health & Safety services provider
Supports new employees in getting the medical check-up
Organizes health and safety training for employees
Data input in HR Systems
Provides training for using HR Systems.
