To provide administrative and operational support to the Romania HR team in areas such as recruitment, administration and payroll.
Job profile:
a) Recruitment:
Collects recruitment requests;
Creates the ideal candidate profile along with the HM;
Prepares and places external job advertisements;
CV screening;
Interviews scheduling;
Participating in interviews;
Update the Bullhorn recruitment tool;
Keeping in touch with the candidates: feedbacks and follow-up's;
Carry out reference checks for selected candidates;
Weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
b) General:
Support to Romania entity on reporting, tracking of Starters, Leavers etc.;
Maintenance of Oracle HR systems and other local HR databases;
Provide general administrative and operational support to the Romania HR team;
Contract, offer letter and various employment certificates (certificates for family doctor, hospital certificates, letter of support, employment verification, recommendation letter etc.);
Assistance with processing Romania payrolls for 200 employees.
Educated to degree level or equivalent;
Excellent command of English. French language skills will be a plus;
Preferably 2-5 years’ experience in HR Recruitment and Administration in a multinational environment;
Ability to work unsupervised and learn new skills and concepts rapidly;
Ability to deal with sensitive situations with professionalism, tact and diplomacy;
High computer literacy with exposure to databases / HR systems (preferably Oracle HRMS), experience of Outlook (or similar) and advanced level Excel and Word;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including an excellent telephone manner.
