As a Human Resources Business Partner you will work closely with your allocated teams and their leadership structure to make sure you promote and develop a transparent environment and a merit based organization. You will manage all employee related matters and actively participate in the long term business planning process in order to align the human resources strategy in accordance to the business plans. You will also coordinate with the Recruitment team to establish the staffing strategy for your teams.
Other responsibilities may include:
Manage, optimize and implement controls for HR processes
Monitor competitiveness of HR processes with market practices
Implement corporate designed HR processes in order to build and maintain a strong organizational culture
Develop and implement people development plans and strategies that prepare the workforce and management for future business challenges
Reporting activities as per company requirements
Design and implement HR processes and procedures
Relevant previous HR experience (5-7 years) in multinational environment (BPO/ SSC background represents a plus)
Experience in developing HR Practices & Policies
Must have experience of leading a team of at least 2-3 HR staff
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Organized personality with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different projects
Ability to handle client on one-on-one basis in a virtual environment
Strategic and conceptual thinking: conceptualizing the future environment and providing others with a clear image of what needs to be done to ensure long term success
Change management proven skills
Anticipate by planning and time management: taking initiative and action with a clear business purpose in mind before others or the situation require it
Problem solving and innovation: introduce new or modified work processes to accomplish the most with the least overall expenditure of time and resources
Decision making: taking calculated risk in complex, ambiguous or risky situations to force an issue or set a direction
Implementation: setting stretched work standards and timely attain measurable outcomes
Educational background:
University graduate (relevant studies)
Language Skills:
English (upper intermediate/ proficient)
Any other European Language represents a plus (intermediate/ upper intermediate)
