At least 7-year experience in an industrial company
Ideally coaching abilities (course)
Fluency in English.
Ability to work with tight deadlines
Computer literacy
Confident and assertive, but also friendly and with an appreciating attitude
Ability to enthuse and convince (from HR colleagues up to Plant Management)
Willingness to personally develop further
