The Identity Management Specialist is responsible for the development and support of the identity management platform for METRO Group worldwide.
Job Description:
Developing and maintaining the Identity Management infrastructure;
Providing support on Identity Management issues to all Metro Group countries (phone, e-mail and HPSM incidents) within agreed target service levels;
Continually improving the support processes;
Improving product performance by identifying persistent problems and recommending changes;
Participating in new identity management roll-outs;
Modifying and writing (where needed) procedures, working instructions, documentation for the up-mentioned processes;
Ability to share knowledge within the team.
Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification; Knowledge of LDAP Directory Services (Active Directory, AD/AM); Knowledge of Identity Management systems; Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server; Microsoft certifications represent an advantage; Proactive, goal oriented, problem solving skills; Good communication skills, ability to work with teams from different locations; Ability to prioritize; Good command of English.
