Negotiating , drafting , advising and managing of business agreements;
Drafting any advising on any type of legal documents;
Preparing legal opinions on specific legal issues;
Drafting documents on civil and commercial law;
Drafting corporate documents for various operations undertaken by limited liability companies, documents such as but not limited to resolutions of general meetings, decisions of the Board of Directors, minutes, articles of incorporation, statements of shareholders/administrators, transferring shares / sale shares;
Drafting requests addressed to various authorities / institutions;
Keeping evidence of legal documents;
Performing legal research in various areas of law;
Accuracy in drafting documents;
Legal expressing;
Translating legal documents from English to Romanian and from Romanian to English;
Informing about legal changes impacting the company.
Degree in Law School;
Strong knowledge, both theoretical and practical, in civil law, commercial and companies law;
The ability to identify the doctrine and doctrine and jurisprudence applicable to the case;
Preparation of files and submission to the Trade Registry;
Excellent legal drafting and fluency in English;
Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office);
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
Abilities of analyses and synthesis.
