- Responsible for the Legal Recovery Procedures;
- Drawing up legal papers for the trial courts activities;
- Preparing internal documents related to litigation matters;
- Developing strategies around lawsuits;
- Handling enforcement procedures;
- Member of the Romanian Lawyers Bar (mandatory);
- 2 years experience as a definitive lawyer;
- Relevant experience in commercial law and in court representation;
- Familiar with the enforcement procedure, insolvency, special and common legal procedures;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Teamwork;
- Negotiation Skills;
- PC Skills – Office Pack
- Good English knowledge.
