Identifying potential clients;
Managing actual clients and prospects by presenting continuous assistance, informing them about new offerings, technologies, solutions or special discounts to certain conditions, evaluating and implementing when needed also price increases;
Preparing and negotiating commercial offers in compliance with the company's terms and propose tailored solutions in order to recover any problem with the customer;
Collecting general information about the local competitors, their prices, products, etc.;
Assisting for a first technical and commercial insight our customers with the support of local specialists;
Preparing activity reports (prospecting, procurement, contracts, customer service, etc);
Suggesting reasonable business diversification or geographical expansion in accordance with market supply and demands and/or propose solution to retrieve and retain customers;
Reporting to the Sales Manager on current weekly/monthly shared plans made in order to meet the sales budget;
Controlling and analyzing customer's timeline payments and make first credit collection and/or propose to the management any measure needed in order to recover outstanding debts and reduce the risk of all bad paying customers;
Attend to fairs or sales events.
Circa 5 years experience in technical sales;
Bachelor degree in Engineering it's plus;
Good knowledge of English;
Very strong commercial attitude;
Hands-on technical approach;
Persuasive, perseverent, energetic, results oriented.
