- Ensures the administration of production IT systems: user management, patch management, incident management, maintenance operations, back-up, etc;
- Provides support to the HelpDesk Support team in the user support activities for systems related tickets;
- Provides support to the HelpDesk Team for application and patch deployment;
- Participates in all the projects that impact the systems he/she manages. It is actively involved in the testing/go-live/pilot and support phases;
- It is responsible for the proper hand-over of all changes that take place in the IT systems under his supervision;
- Provides support for back-up and archiving activities in the IT systems under his administration;
- Ensures that IT policies and procedures are observed and respected.
- Rigorous, meticulous, responsible person required;
- The administrator must be a team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fair knowledge of project management, development and testing methodologies;
- Fundamentals of programming languages are a definite plus;
- Good understanding of information, system and data security are required;
- Advanced knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
