Reporting to the the PO1 Insights Manager the successful candidate will support all marketing Insights related projects:
• Support in very good execution, analysis and sharing on-going tracking surveys services data:
o Scan Data / NAD;
o Retail Audit data;
o Dynamic (Brand) Tracking / Consumer regards;
o HHP
• Support in setting up and running Ad-hoc Research Projects:
o support in research briefs preparation
o field execution checking
o stimuli preparation/follow-up if the case in the project
• Support design of consumer and trade research studies to support Business agenda;
• Recurrent (monthly/quarterly) country/SEER macro info updates: Quick compilation of INS data (inflation, unemployment, forex, consumer confidence index); 3 interesting topics of the month in Ro retail, consumer, economy
• Support Brand, Trade Marketing and Sales teams in the analysis of corporate research (qualitative & quantitative), market, competitive data and issues for periodical management reports
• Administrative issues:
o Follow-up contracts, POs, Invoices and Insights Budget
o Shared Research Folder Admin
o Follow-up contracts, POs and Invoices with agencies
• University degree or on-going University studies;
• Minimum 3 years business experience, preferably a position involving Retail Data manipulation (Nielsen Answers knowledge would be an important asset);
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills, analytical skills and attention to details
