• Generate employment documentation (contracts, termination decisions, addenda to contracts, etc) and process all changes in the employee masterdata (SAP).
• Produce any documents needed by employees and manage relationship with these to understand the need, offer support and create a great experience.
• Work with other HR colleagues to improve and simplify processes, stabilize delivery and understand any blockers to outstanding execution.
• Run reports for various needs related to employee data, as well as process checks and controls.
• Create a great employee experience through any interaction and accuracy of own work.
• Maintain relationship with the archiving partner to secure full document integrity and availability.
Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, a multinational company, for a Personnel Administration Officer (Inspector Resurse Umane), located in Bucharest.
Candidate profile
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience on a similar role, managing volume admin transactions (temporary work agency or large company of minimum 500 employees).
• University degree.
• HR Inspector certification.
• Fluent in English
• Rigor, attention to details.
• Client oriented professional.
• Strong ability and relationship skills.
