Responsible for the management of life insurance contracts, in accordance with the business rules
Provides support to Underwritting department and to the others members of the Operations Department when necessary
Maintain and update the databases regarding information and changes occurred during the life of insurance contracts
Paid premiums management
Maintain constant and effective communication and correspondence with clients and bank representatives
Participate in developing of procedures and all documents corresponding to life insurance contracts and provide input for improving the department's activities and processes
Periodic Reporting on insurance contracts to top-management + internal / external clients
Represent the company in a constructive and positive way in relation with business partners and authorities
Analyze, get involved and propose corrections if there are problems in processes
Interact with trading partners on issues of managing contracts.
Experience in Contract Administration for Life Insurance + bancassurance activity (5 years)
Experience in an international Group and/or broker is an advantage
Experience in team management or as team leader is an advantage
Good knowledge of Life insurance activity and processes
Master degree
Advanced Level of English; French is an advantage
Very good knowledge of Excel and office applications (Word, PowerPoint, VBA, SQL)
