We are recruiting Integration Business Analysts with experience in the areas of BPMS, integration, technical platforms, storage management and database. We are also looking for people who can manage complex computing environments focusing on service management, systems and network management and change management.
The Integration Business Analysts works on implementation projects, with a focus on the most strategic and complex projects, working closely with the client's project team to ensure the customer's successful deployments of various integration products, tools, and services. The Integration Business Analysts will help manage the integration deliverables associated with the implementation projects. This role must have a deep knowledge of service oriented architecture design principals, common integration design patterns, in-depth knowledge of various integration technologies, implementation methodology, and will combine those skills to deliver successful integration deployments.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has usually most of the following responsibilities:
· Analyzes/ Develops integration flows and service orchestrations
· Analyzes/ Documents technical requirements and 'as-is' processes
· Takes part in technology diagnosis and assessment activities
· Assists in conducting gap analysis between business requirements and application capabilities
· Develops a high level design which supports a robust technology solution, taking into accounts the user requirements, technical requirements, etc.
· Performs technology architecture, integration, data storage and infrastructure design activities
· Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to complex problems
· Ability to help clients resolve integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the solution
· Is the central point of contact for subject matter expertise and driving technical requirements and design
· Understands and articulates technical issues in business terms and vice-versa
· Will manage the scope, issues risks, economics, and status communications. Accountable and responsible for solution delivery
Required Skills:
· 1- 5 years of analysis, design or implementing integration solutions with packaged or custom software
· Command of Service Oriented Architecture Concepts
· Web Services, REST, XML, XSLT, XSD, BPEL, BPM or other integration technologies
· Usage of at least one integration tools of Oracle, APIAN, PEGA, IBM, Salesforce or other SaaS and On-Premise systems
· Knowledge of Databases and SQL scripting
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Fluency in English
Preferred Skills:
· Oracle OSB / SOA / Weblogic Server or APIAN other middleware experience with similar BPMS platforms
· Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
· Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
· Teamplayer who will work across the organization and company to continue improving the way we serve our customers
Nice to have certifications:
· TOGAF, PMP
· Oracle SOA, Databases
