o Interact with External Sales, Service, Logistics and Finance ensuring a close cooperation with all departments and providing customer satisfaction
o A sound technical knowledge and the ability to solve problems
o Make and Follow up on quotations
o Ability to work under pressure and at times extended hours to support customers
o Assist External Sales Representative in achievement of annual sales budget
o Provide market feedback
o “Up Selling” by offering complementary products in line with the company’s strategic growth initiatives
o Develop new business from existing and new accounts proactively keeping in mind the Customer and Industry Segmentation
o Automation/Electronics/Electrotechnics, with 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar industry
o Sound field instrumentation knowledge
o Excellent planning and organizational skills
o Very Good administrative skills and pays excellent attention to details
o Ability to work under pressure to support other team members
o Suitable process and application knowledge of field instrumentation
o Service orientated, interested in learning the customer’s requirements, solving problems and making the appropriate and profitable recommendations
o Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
o Computer literate with very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP/SBO
o English language knowledge
o Valid driver’s license
