Specialist in different intellectual property fields, including but not limited to: patent, trademark, copyright, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights for Romanian and International Law
Conducts the registration process during creation of any intellectual property rights, whenever this is required by the company
Manages international applications, intellectual property due diligence, licenses, assignments and other dealings
Creates various types of contracts, based on the other departments’ necessities
Prepares the necessary documentation
Provides legal support to all the other departments
Reviews and draft policies and regulations, to ensure consistency with applicable law relative to Intellectual Property
Drafts, review and negotiates all contractual arrangements, including those with contractors, customers, consultants, suppliers, lessors, distributors, licensors and producers
Develops standards agreements and reviews all agreements to ensure the company is protected legally
Responsible for the support of the firm’s security, safety, environment and Quality policies and programs, and carrying out specific duties and responsibilities related to his job as spelled out in management system documentation, policies, procedures, local documentation,
Provides legal advice to Departments on legal issues relative to Intellectual Property
The attributes we seek for suitably qualified candidates comprise:
Bachelor Law from a recognized University
4 years’ experience in Intellectual Property
2+ years of experience in legal field
Knowledge in rights regulations and international laws
Exceptional communication skills with superior written and verbal English language skills
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and problem solve are essential as well as the ability to work within a multi-cultural environment
Advantage: experience in retail companies
Advanced English knowledge
