We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person to integrate our Team.
As part of our team, you will work closely with our Sales Team in order to contact and qualify all new leads for our online business – www.britcomdirect.com
You will also be the human voice to our online customer support system.
-Qualify marketing generated leads: users that register as Buyers on our B2B Trading Platform, subscribers to e-mail marketing campaigns etc;
-Nurture and engage with existing leads, offer support throughout the online buying experience;
-Participate in cold calling campaigns for leads generated though 3rd party online channels;
-Manage and update contact information about the new contacts in our CRM system;
-Respond to online inquiries and phone calls from users;
-Distribute soft leads to Sales Team.
-University graduate or proven track record;
-Experience in customer service/telemarketing/online sales;
-Proficiency in English - both written and spoken;
-German, French or Spanish speaking/writing skills is a plus;
-A good understanding and passion for the Internet and working online;
-Excellent communication skills, customer oriented mindset;
-Enthusiastic, well organized, professional person, capable to work under pressure;
-Common sense;
-Adding value beyond job description;
-Keen to over deliver.
