Responsible for all invoicing aspects of the group of companies. Provide accounting and budgeting efforts for the company.
Responsabilities:
-Issues all invoices for clients
-Checks bills from suppliers
-Keeps up to date all the databases with information about customers and their debts
-Communicates permanently with customers to provide consultative support through financial and management information analysis, reports, and recommendations.
-Performs personnel administrative tasks like posting jobs ads, offers support in the preparation of HR documents, interviewing and training for the new staff
-Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in invoicing and billing;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Good computer skills, proficiency in using MS Office.
- Knowledge of primary accountancy
- Minimum knowledge about HR administration;
- Valid driver’s license and driving experience
