For our client, an international pharmaceutical company, ensures the day-to-day operation of data processing, network systems, software and hardware configuration and support, and information technology implementation company wide, addressing himself to the appropriate global/regional ream. Manages within the framework of established policies and procedures with accountability for all systems and their enhancements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Represents the Pharma Commercial BU/IT organization in the company.
• Is the key local contact point for all IT matters of the company acting as a liaison between local business and the one IT organization.
• Is responsible for the lifecycle of IT systems and processes in the company, ensuring business alignment and portfolio management.
• Lead / Participate local projects or regional roll outs for the country from the IT perspective.
• Lead / Participate in area IT initiatives for CEE or Emerging Markets.
• Collaborate with local business and regional IT in order to develop the IT plans, in line with roadmaps, capacity and business priorities.
• Own and be responsible for the IT budget of the OpCo.
• Assist and Guide local user community in their daily operation, facilitating L1 and L2 support.
• Collaborate / Coordinate delivery teams to ensure smooth operation of existing IT systems.
• Take personal responsibility for a high level of user and management satisfaction.
• Oversees the installation and testing of hardware and software.
• Performs selected project tasks.
• Works with internal staff to identify areas for improvement and collaborates with management to provide solutions to problems.
• Promotes enterprise technology solutions that enable business objectives.
• Provides status reports, progress reports, and documentation to management and business partners.
* University Degree
* Knowledge of English language(high level)
* Relevant working experience of 2-3 yrs
* Business process skills in CRM, BI or Digital
* CRM (Veeva or SalesForce.Com) skills is an advantage
* Communication skills
