Initially responsible for support activities on Human resources domain, good performance in this client-facing role can easily evolve into project-based opportunities, including project management.
Business support job description :
- Analyzes and understands the customer's needs and provides functional and technical support so that the system should be used at its best
- Analyzes and understands the encountered problems and takes necessary actions to limit possibility of reoccurrence
- Explains to the users the system's processes and the impact of their actions within an integrated system, providing them with a global vision of this system
- Guarantees the continuous training of the key and final users
- Is in charge of the functional administration of the tools
- Project support job description :
- Participates to functional analysis on the existing process flow and identifies the impacts of new enhancements on the tools
- Tests and follows up the projects and their migration towards production environment
- Keeps the users informed and prepares them for all kinds of changes the system may undergo
- Sets up the system so that it may be best applied by the users.
University graduate
- Specialization courses on different economic, business information systems represent an advantage
- Work experience of at least one year within the IT department
- Previous experience in IT projects, specifically in ERP-based projects (examples, responsibilities, accomplishments);
- Experience on implementing HR applications is an advantage;
- PC skills: Windows, Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – average level; data bases – basic knowledge
- Good written and oral knowledge of English and French
