Recruiting, developing and coaching employees
Initiating and managing processes in order to modify and enhance employee satisfaction
Agreeing regularly with department employees steps and requirements for implementation of projects (key points, milestones), provide necessary working material (PC, furniture etc)
Checking expenses and incomes of costs center, supervising internal and external services' cost calculation to ensure financial results in agreement with customers (MCC, real, Metro Systems)
Managing IT infrastructure contracts with external companies
Project management of local or international initiated projects
Analysis of IT requirements and business processes in collaboration with relevant IM departments of Romanian sales lines of specific departments of Metro Systems Germany
Supporting the opening and remodeling of MCC and Real stores or head offices, thebuildings' technical infrastructures includingdata and voice communication
Managing Helpdesk and User Support and setting up IT infrastructure for Metro Systems Romanian employees
Analysis of incidents and initiating appropriate measures by settling or eliminating
Computer science related studies or equivalent degree in engineering
Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
Several years of experience as IT Manager in a multinational environment
Knowledge of Microsoft, Unix, Cisco and other providers of IT solutions
Knowledge in telecommunications covering both voice and data
Knowledge about retail and IT market situation and trends
