1. To execute the operational tasks of Corporate Applications and Company’s IS Infrastructure accordingly to Standard Operational Procedures;
2. To compile Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from the documentation provided to them by the other offices/departments from IT Division.
3. To run the production environment according to schedules and to produce status reports for executed processes
4. To monitor permanently the applications and systems activity of IT Division accordingly to Standard Operational Procedures;
5. To respect time-schedule planning in order to accomplish the daily tasks;
6. To diagnose and fix and/or escalate problems occurred on daily activity, in accordance with existing standard operational procedures and internal workflow processes.
1. 2 years in an IT field would be an advantage
Basic knowledge of MS Windows XP, MS Office, email environment (Outlook);
2. Familiar with MS Windows environment, UNIX environment, Databases (Oracle, SQL Server), TCP/IP Networking;
3. Familiar with near-real-time or real-time systems;
4. Good command of English.
5. Able to learn new things to increase personal acknowledge;
6. Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
7. Detail orientation and analytical thinking;
8. Good problem solving skills;
9. Team worker;
10. Able to follow instructions and to respect deadlines.
