- Translates client requirements into specified project deliveries;
- Identifies options for potential solutions and assesses them for both technical and business suitability
- Works closely with a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
- Manage the projects that are assigned to him/her within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction
- Develops new reports and maintain up to date as required by the business
- Develops and maintains up to date all IT project deliveries within the department such as: Claim & Underwriting Tool, external modules developed for SIS and IDS applications and also futures developments according to the requirements described in the specifications for projects.
- Participate in daily exploitation activities and other activities performed in the IT department
- Maintains procedures, manuals and systems documentation up to date
- Participate together with the IT Manager at the implementation and follow-up of project management practices.
- Analyzes current and future technology needs
- Provides training to users of new systems
- At the written request of the hierarchical, occasionally performs other tasks specific to the entity in which they operate and are provided normative documents of the Company, without changing the way of work
- Master degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field (Equivalent education and work experience may be substituted.)
- Three or more years of relevant experience in banc assurance / insurance / banking/ financial services in relevant position as business analyst or project manager with practice in project management activities;
- An experience in Health Sector or within a Consulting Company or a recognized player on the Health Insurance Market or Medical Provider will be considered a plus;
- Experienced in database modeling with Oracle and MS SQL;
- Advanced knowledge of client and n-tier architectures;
- Experienced in understanding and interpreting the business processes in formalized chart flows using MS Visio;
- PMP or PRINCE2 project methodologies are considered a plus
- Good knowledge of the ITC domain
- Languages – English;
