1. Coordinates the initiation of projects: establish of project scope, requirements gathering process for all IT systems involved and allocation of resources;
2. Coordinates the design, implementation and testing phases for assigned projects - alignes deliverables and resources according to deadlines;
3. Coordinates issues / Change Requests;
4. Coordinates project closure, sign-off, and hand-over to delivery;
5. Performs project-based Vendor management;
6. Issues and maintains project documentation (status reports, risk registers, issues registers, resource utilization, project plans, etc.);
7. Uses Project Management tools - templates and applications.
University degree in Informatics or Computer Science or Cybernetics;
2 years experience in Project Management; certificate is an advantage;
At least 2 years IT experience, Telecom experience is a plus;
Good knowledge of IT Systems, infrastructure, processes and the software development life cycle;
Excellent MS Project knowledge;
Very good computer literacy;
Abilities:
Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills;
Strong initiative to learn new skills and ability to learn quickly;
Ability to perform well under deadline constraints; ability to prioritize tasks;
Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures;
Judgment/problem solving, stress tolerance, quality orientation/attention to detail;
Good command of English language.
