- Working directly with the technical manager for establishing the recruitment needs and strategy
- Creating the job descriptions for new openings
- Understanding in detail the job profiles - mainly senior software developers
- Realizing executive search of candidates all over the web, according to the recruitment strategy established
- Contacting the selected candidates through email and phone
- Keeping up to date the internal database of candidates and recruitment sources
- Establishing and conducting the HR Interviews
- Presenting the selected candidates to hiring manager
- Offering support to the management and candidates during the entire recruitment process

- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment
- Able to manage an end-to-end IT recruitment process
- Excellent communication skills at all levels (in writing, by phone and face to face)
- Interested in developing on IT/ software development recruitment, willing to learn and to understand new software development and IT terms and technologies
- Able to manage several recruitment projects in the same time
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Economics or related
- Very good English skills
